We recently adopted Fiona, a one year old English Mastiff.  She and MacKinley are getting along splendidly and she’s great with the kids. Now, if we can get it through her head that she shouldn’t be sleeping in our bed at night…

Summer Days and the chicken who went to a wedding

Here are some of the recent happenings..Our dear friends, Ally & Samuel, got married! The Bride’s brother’s prize rooster was in attendance. The kids found a bunny! A boquet of beautiful peonies, from Eli’s garden, graced the gift table at the wedding.  My first baby cucumber & having fun at the lake.

A Fun Outing

A beautiful day, family, a short hike through the woods, fossils, a snake & crawdad, a creek to splash in and A&W for lunch? Practically Perfect in every way. 

Tunkhannock

We traveled back East to help “plant” the Endless Mountains Church of Christ! It was a fantastic trip. The team of Robin, Daniel, Jenna, Eli, Lizzy, Abby, Sam, Jake, Arthur & Jimmy knocked on nearly 400 doors in 5 days. Luke and I were the pit crew. 😉 Rob’s sister, Molly, and her family will be attending there regularly. What great kids those Riveras are! We really enjoyed spending time with them.
