Homemade “Bumble Bars”

We had some yummy snack bars called Bumble Bars not too long ago. Today, I am trying my hand at making something like it. These are yummy & gluten free! My recipe for this batch was:
1 C. Gluten free quick oats, run thru blender.
1/4 C. Salted sunflower seeds.
1 C. Sesame seeds
1/4 C. Chia seeds
1/2 C. Shredded, unsweetened, unsulfured coconut.
1/4 molasses
1/2+ C. Dark corn syrup
Mix all in bowl, spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment.(mine did not fill the whole cookie sheet)
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Cut while hot, let cool, enjoy!
